I'm using the latest version, on a Windows laptop. I usally record a lot of stuff, DVD:s etc with the record button. Now, all of a sudden I can't record anything. Nothing works. I get sound, but the movie aren't showing. Or the moive shows, but then I have NO sound. I'm sort of desperate. Please help!!!
