VLC plays fine an avi file with sound,
but if I click earlier on the blue progress bar, the video jumps to the earlier location but now there is no sound.
I can only get the sound back by clicking further or stopping the video and restarting it.
(It does that on some files, but not all)
How to fix that annoying problem?

I have also a problem of sound in my VLC but of other order. I have a 7.1 Sound System, I configured my VLC Media Player to this and I have sound in all speakers, including the sub-woofer except in the two Rear Speakers. Curiously, if I play a movie with Media Player Classic I have sound in all 7 speakers plus sub-woofer.
Would you know something about this
On the other hand, excuse me for posting in you post but as novice here I did not find the place to post my problem.
