Delaying an audio stream longer than 65535 ms?

I am a big fan of Texas A&M University baseball. Their home games are available online-only through ESPN's SEC Network. I love the video but hate the audio (don't care for the play by play guy). I was able to use vlc tonight (first attempt) to delay our radio stream by 65.535 seconds, an obvious 16-bit limit. I need to delay the stream something like 80 seconds (80000 ms) to match the secn+ video. Is there currently a way to do this that I have missed? If not, I assume that I should make a feature request in the appropriate forum?

Also, if vlc doesn't currently handle this, does anyone know of software that does? I'm primarily a Linux (openSUSE) user, but the ESPN app is Windows/Mac only, so I already have a virtual Windows machine.

Thank you!

Sorry, it cannot.
