VLC file support for "ULH2"

Hello. After recording a game with DxTory using the UtVideo YUV422 BT.709 VCM codec, VLC is unable to play it, instead giving the below error:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "ULH2". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.
Never had a codec issue with VLC before yet even windows media player can play this file. Is there a plugin or anything I can download that'll allow VLC to play this? Thanks.
