version 2.1.: problem to rotate and transcode MOV Video file

Dear VLC experts,
I upgrade yesterday my VLC player to the Version 2.1.5 Rincewind.
From that moment on I have a problem in a specific operation which was not the case in the previous version.
I use VLC player to rotate and transcode MOV Video files to mp4 files.
For the purpose I used to put the following settings:
1. Settings – Video – Transformationfilter- Codectyp - “90 degrees”
2. Settings – Streaming – Sout-Stream –Transcoding - “Videotransformation filter”
In the older version of VLC I got in that way my desired result.
In the version 2.1.5. the file is rotated and transcoded BUT also shrinked by 50% in height and displayed 2 times (one above the other).
Do you have any idea what I hav to do to avoid this? Again in the last version I did not get this results.
Thank you for your help
