3 monitor video wall looping problem

Hello,

New to the forums, but have been searching for an answer for a few days. I'm running VLC 2.1.5, Windows 8.1 and attempting to create a video wall with 3 40" monitors running off of a Matrox M9138 LP PCIe x16 with 3 MiniDisplayPort outputs with latest drivers for the card. The display machine used to work fine, but had a hard drive problem, so I dropped a new hard drive in and am attempting to reconfigure. I've got the video spread over the three monitors (using wallpaper mode), and it runs on repeat correctly. However, it only fills about 1/2 of the screen, centered on the middle monitor. I'd like to run it at full resolution, using the "Always fit to window" mode. However, when I do so, it will work correctly for one playthrough of the video, but after the first repeat, will resize strangely. It's like the player window was dragged up and to the left of the center of the screen. If I disable and re-enable wallpaper mode, it will display properly again, but I (or my client) would have to do that each time the video loops. Does anybody have a solution for what the issue may be?

Things I've tried:
Specifying DirectX output (does not display video)
DIsabling autosizing the video (Advanced Options -> Video)
Returning to older versions (2.0.8 and 2.1.1 were possible recommendations on the forums, but were unable to play the video, which is large, 2.5GB)
Using fullscreen option (plays the video full screen on only one monitor)
Zoom to 2:1 (plays video in upper left corner of screen)

Thanks in advance for any help or assistance!
