Network caching over 1 minute?

I'm trying to display RTSP stream with 2 minutes delay. I'm using network-caching but unfortunately VLC cache only 1 minute and no more Is there any chance to do it?

Here's my command:

cvlc -f rtsp://link :network-caching=120000
