streamReceiver and discrete audio output on web page

Hello, my name is Andrea and I am new to the group. I wish I could insert multiple instances of VLC plug in a WEB pages, and then receive different streams from the network and direct outputs on a sound card multiple output to my pleasure, but I can not find the correct tag. I do not need to receiver 5.1 stream but have 8 different streams that address on 8 different audio outputs. Is it possible?
