I'm a relative new user. I have really enjoyed the Snap Shot feature. I've created a directory to receive the Snap Shots and sort them. This all worked great the last time I used it, Maybe a month ago. Now if find that the Snap Shot button is not working nor is the keyboard Snap Shot feature working. What must I do to get this feature working again? I better mention that in the interim, I had to take my computer to a shop for a virus removal. All is working great now.
I really appreciate all help that I can get.
