Premature "end of file" for VCD

I have a file from a VCD that terminates in the middle of playback. It's probably a bad disc, but playback works in avplay, ffplay and MPC-HC.

I uploaded the first 10 MB of the file here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/fgsl7 ... ec-eof.DAT. If you guys want it on another file host, I'll upload it there.

The logs around the EOF are below. I cut the parts before and after the EOF, since I think they're unrelated. I'll gladly replicate the whole log if needed.
