Streaming from Digimerge DH200

Using the following format of a url, I see that the window resizes to the video and there is data streaming under the statistics:
(Unfortunately, this url is completely undocumented by Digimerge, and I got lucky I even found this through some searches online.)
From Media Information-->Codec:
Stream 0
Type: Video
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264)
Resolution: 352x240
Frame rate: 1200000
Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0 YUV
I cannot see the video. I've tried changing the video output and the overlay with no success. I've tried vlc on Linux mint (v2.0.4 Twoflower) as well as on winxp as a portableapps.com portable version (v2.1.3 Rincewind) with the same results.
Any ideas? I know vlc is getting the stream. Any suggestions appreciated.
