Adobe HDS, dash stream

Hello,
is there somebody out who knows how I can play back stream like from NDR Hamburg, what are in this adobe HDS format with manifest file?

I tried several combinations and searched a lot in the net but could not find a solution to play in the vlc player

I was somehow able to get some segments with wget under Linux but that's not what I'm looking for
