HOW TO USE VLC SERVIIO DLNA MODE

Postby Coronel » 22 May 2014 03:18

Good evening friends.

I saw this tutorial here, but still not what I'm after, maybe you guys can help me, please.

Using DLNA with Serviio 1.4.1.2 Pro network mode between Smart TV with Phillips Computer. Then I saw an article and tutorial (explained bad) about using VLC with Serviio. So I found it very interesting because just use DLNA, the Smarts current Tvs are limitdos. And using the DLNA mode with VLC + Serviio, is much more unlimited, and the VLC reads, or enterpreta and almost all types of contemporary media.

Except that all the articles I read about it, do not understand, how to configure 02 + VLC Serviio. Has an article that tells us and shows and says, when you click the VLC tab "View".> Playlist, then see the Serviio folder. Then "Network", click "Universal Plug'in1Play". But then, and I do not see Serviio folder if I click this option, VLC hangs and does not respond.

Can you tell me how to use VLC + Serviio? Help me, please.

thank you
