MKV wrong framerate

Hello, I have a MKV file, I tried playing it but VLC detects 1000 fps :



So it is extremely jerky when played. On another player the correct framerate is detected (between 25 and 30, I don't remember) but It doesn't support subtitles so I have to use VLC.

I am not an expert but maybe it has to do with MKV headers ?
