I can't play a MJPG stream from a Tp-Link IP camera

I have 4 TP-LINK IP cameras TL-2020N (http://www.tp-link.com/lk/products/deta ... TL-SC2020N).

I can see the cameras with VLC on the local network. I use this address
rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.3.12:554/video.mjpg

I did port forwarding at router from port 7073, for instance, to 554 of 192.168.3.12.

When I try to see the cameras with VLC from outside of the local network, I can see it only on VLC on Debian Wheezy with XFCE, but I can not see the video of the camera on VLC with Windows 7 64bits (I tried 32bits and 64bits version of VLC), Windows XP SP3 32bits or Debian Wheezy with KDE. When I say the video of the camera, I mean, I can connect to the camera (even VLC ask me for login information) I get the audio but not the video.
On Windows I'm using 2.1.3 RinceWind version of VLC

The address that I'm using is:
rtsp://jmendienta.no-ip.biz:7073/video.mjpg

with username and password admin

Could be a codec problem?

I'm almost sure that it is not a network problem because I can see perfectly the TP-LINK cameras from only a machine with Debian Wheezy with XFCE, and also I have 2 ACTi cameras behind the same router and I can see those cameras very well on all platforms.
