Which functionality has the "Video scaling factor" under Rincewind ?

It seems that "Video scaling factor" does not work and now the "Zoom video" works as intended.

Yes, "Video scaling factor" does not work and now the "Zoom video" works, but width and height does not work anymore properly!!
Check it.
