How do I save a changed Video Display Ratio?

I went to tools> Effects and Filters>Video Effects>Crop
I changed an MPG1 videos bottom crop to 95 in order to remove part of the video I didn't want seen.
Now all i want to do is to Save this crop keeping it the same format and not converting it or editing further.
How do I use the convert/save feature properly to save this adjustment?

If you want to save your crop settings :
Tools > Preferences > All > Video > Filters > tick Video Scaling Filter
and
Tools > Preferences > All > Video > Filters > Cropadd > set the crop you want
Save and re-start VLC
Et voilĂ !

- Preferences -> All -> Video -> Filters: select Video scaling filter; the name is "croppadd" not the Video scaling filter with the name "swscale"!!!!
- Preferences -> All -> Video -> Filters -> Croppadd: add your cropping
- Exit and restart VLC

Thanks for the note. But with my question I did not ask for the location of the "number button 11". With my question I wanted to know what the "number button 11" has to do with the problem of seanthemonster.
