Hello,
I am a complete newbie to VLC. I am using a webcam as a live feed to assist me with archery training.
I want to induce a delay in the video so I can shoot an arrow and then watch what I just did. I need to induce a 6 to 10 second delay in the webcam for this. I have seen this done so I know its possible!
How do I do this? I am not a programmer and have no idea about code. so please dont give me an answer in code!
