Progress bar not working with MIDI in VLC

For some reason VLC doesn't show anything in the progress bar when playing MIDI. (If that matters I'm using Linux version with FluidSynth plugin). Is it a bug?

The current MIDI demuxer does not compute total length nor support seeking. This is just missing code.
