VLC is unable to open the MRL

Hi, i'm havig a problem whil vlc.
I don't kwon why i can't use it to open streaming links, the problem appeared when I updated vlc to 2.1.0, before i used an older version, don't remember which but i could use links with this version.

Error mesage:

VLC is unable to open the MRL 'link'. Check the log for details.

the log is one of the files on: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\vlc ?

I really don't know what to do, i'm using w8(x64) but i installed vlc(32) on the correct(i think) folder: C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC

Streaming links, anyway it's fixed, just installed 64 bits version and now works perfect
