VLC client connection problem

Hello!

Just want to ask, what is the proper command line for to set in the vlc server in order for vlc clients reconnect again and again. I have this command: :vlc -vvv /sample.mpeg "sout=#duplicate{dst=std{access=http,mux=ps,url=192.168.2.88:1242}}"

The problem with this is client can connect only once, after that nothing happened.

Also, can vlc handle simultaneous users connection?

Maybe add --loop for the file to be repeated.
