Hi,
I'm running 2.1.0-rc2 on windows 7. On computer A, I open VLC, I Add Interface > Web, I play the movie. From Computer B on the same network, I open my browser and input the IP address for computer A with port 8080. The browser then asks for a username and password for "VLC Stream".
When I was using 2.0.8, it did not prompt for a password. If I attempt it with two different computers on my network, I still get the same situation. All my network sharing settings are setup properly.
Any help would be appreciated.
