When I download a partial flv video stream from flashx.tv/, (by clicking on the bar in the player to jump to another time, and then download the resulting url, either with the "DownloadHelper" Firefox plugin, or with the HttpFox plugin to sniff all http traffic ), I get a file of the correct size, which vlc cannot play.
It opens the file, does not show an error (but prints a lot of [h264 @ 0x7fe6a0c92880] no frame! or Partitioned H.264 support is incomplete) and shows the time length of the full video instead of the partial download.
How can this be fixed?
