Apple HLS in VLC Player No Video only Audio working

Hi,
I had set up apple Live Streaming using IIS Server.When I am trying to play live video using VLC Player by giving .m3u8 location in network stream, I can listen to the audio but no video is displaying. Could any one tell me how I could I solve this issue.

VLC Version :VLC media player 2.0.7 Twoflower
OS:Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise
Media Server: IIS 7.5
Encoder: Expression Encoder Pro sp2
