refering back to thread viewtopic.php?f=14&t=79041
it is determined that VLC refuses to play files that do not have a modified date.
simply refuses to open the files.
Other players will play the files fine.
IF the file is touched and modified date is added the file plays fine.
This issue seems to only affect files that are saved to NTFS volumes as when the file is moved to FAT drive it works fine.
Could this issue please be addressed and this limitation lifted or if this a setting in the program please advise
