radio stream stops with almost a second delay

Hello,
when i Play the following stream address in the vlc Player (2.07, 2.05 and 2.1 tested) and i push stop after around a Minute, the Audio is still there for almost a second after i release the mouse button (only sometimes it is stopping directly).
is there a Special Parameter i have to give while playing such streams?
ist a stream with mpeg AAC Audio, 44kHz, aac Extension SBR
