I have discovered that I have had problems with VLC 2.0.6 in audio playback when running 3gp video files. The sound is intermittent at best although the video looks fine.
The files run perfectly well in QuickTime & in VLC 2.0.5.
I had kept the old 2.0.5 installer & have reverted back to that version which solves the problem.
I have found the same #2.0.6 problem with audio on Win 7 x64 & Vista x86 OS’s.
Is this a bug? I have never had any problems with VLC before.

EDIT: I have just downloaded & ran VLC 2.0.7 & it is working fine. The problem has been resolved. Thanks.
