Can't open "address:port"

Hi guys! I don't understand what's wrong with address and why VLC can't open it (http://cast.geopia.com:8380). I tryed other players and had no problems. Please help!!!

It's playing fine with Foobar, AIMP, MPC-HC, Audacious and MPlayer but not with FFplay.

I solved the problem with this address finding alternative playlist of this station with another type of stream.
