Can You help me Stream My Lakers Game???

I'm on Windows 7 using VLC 2.0.5 Twoflower. I can't for the life of me figure out how to stream videos. I use SportWebz.com to find a channel and watch it in crappy quality rampant with pop ups! I downloaded Veetle thinking I could use that with no luck! I've googled help guides and Youtubed videos but I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!!! Please help!!! Playoffs are coming and I would love to watch some great quality vids!!! Thanks!!
