Error while trying to stream from PC to Phone

Hi,
I'm trying to stream music from my computer (win7) to my android device (I'm using an app called VLC HDR but it is irrelevant to my problem).
when I try to stream a song through the web GUI I get this strange error:



It seems as if VLC is trying to parse the music file from the VLC directory.
Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

All I want to achieve is to stream music from my pc to several phones simultaneously, am I going at it wrong?

If you use the web UI directly, it is probably a bug in VLC, most certainly in the web UI.

If you use an application that talks to VLC via the web UI, then it might also be a bug in the application.

This is a VLC error..
Any suggestion on how to alternatively stream the media to the Android device?
