Regarding windows creation

Hello, would anyone be able to help-me?
I want to find in VLC source code, where the windows are created(The GUI windows).
But i can't find the exact location. Can anyone answer me?

It depends, typically in the Qt4 plugin at modules/gui/qt4/.
