VLC 2.0.5 and shoutcast radio missing?

It's been a while since I used VLC. I'm on 2.0.5 (Windows XP) now trying to figure out how to enable the shoutcast radio listing.
The Media Discovery menu entry doesn't seem to exist anymore and the playlist has nothing listed that would look like shoutcast.
Here is what I got:
Podcasts
Free Music Charts
Freetv box
Icecast Radio Directory
Jamendo selections
Channels.com
