I do know how I can play a file through ftp by setup name and password in preferences

The problem is how I can play the file in IE activex? the parameters do not show me how to setup the name and password...

And I can't play it by this way : ftp://username:password@192.168.1.111/filename

Does anyone know about it ?

Now I can play media file in IE through ftp by setup the name and password in VLC player...

But is there any chance that I can setup the name and password in the ".php" page?
