Play DVR multipart rec files
Posted: 17 Nov 2012 14:36
Hi.
I have a TV that has an USB port and i can plug in an USB pen for play its contents or record TV.
So i plug the USB to my PC and i am trying to play the files, but the files are in the wheird format.
But it seems to be a TS file but i get this error:
ts demux error: MPEG-4 descriptor not found
The folder structure is this:
DVR
--RECS
----2012101612030201.rec.ifo
----2012101612030201.rec.meta
----2012101612030201.rec_part0 #1,2,3,n...
--RECSINFO
----2012101612030201B.ADF
----2012101612030201B.INF
----RECS.INF
It seems to me that the mpeg file is spplited. When the record is big it stores it in diferent .rec_partN files
The other files must contain other info like Program name, chanel, record date, etc...
I just thers a way to play the video...
In this zip you can find a sample of the files: https://www.box.com/s/gbwy0ktaiopv1j1r4z4y
