I'm not a programmer. I live in a remote location in the Bearing Sea, Dutch Harbor. The fastest I've ever connected is about 33 kbps. all the internet is done via satellite. there is no way I can make my internet any faster.
I just downloaded the new VLC media player 2.0.2 I like it. I like the video streams. however they are very choppy.
is there a way I can set up VLC to download the whole video before playing? so I don't have all the pauses, and buffering.
