Read/Display constantly created mjpeg file
Situation
I am gamer and last days I was trying to live stream/broadcast my in-game experience, but I realized that due to usage of h.264 codec (Twitch/Own3d) I am not able set x264 encoder to acceptable values for fluent gaming (too much performance downgrade).
But I can record in-game stuff using mjpeg codec to avi file (without visible downgrade).
Concept
Record to disk using mjpeg encoder on PC1. Open file over SMB on PC2 and there display in VLC(?) and live stream/broadcast using Open Broadcaster Software to Internet (Twitch/Own3d)
Problem
How can I ensure that file which is constantly created by recording program on PC1 will be constantly re-read and displayed by VLC on PC2?
