Capture Device - AVerMedia C985 - No Video

I'm using "Open a Capture Device..." and attempting to capture my "AVerMedia HE Capture C985 Bus 4" card, but all I see is a black screen. This capture card works on XSplit.
I've read these forums for a couple hours now and have gotten no where trying hundreds of different settings.
On all the different configuations I've tried, these two messages appear consistently:
