VLC startup location

How to set startup location of VLC ?
Because i have two screen and i want that vlc starts on the second screen.

I think that if you drag VLC to the second screen and quit it there, it will autosave and open on that screen next time. (I think that this is done automatically.)

the location and the size of vlc was saved in the file vlc-qt-interface.ini, in the same folder of the vlcrc file
