Streaming over LAN

Hi
I have a HD Homerun TV Tuner and would like to stream a channel over my network.
I can open a TV channel from the software using VLC its showing as a UDP stream.
udp://127.0.0.1:5000
I would like to get this and stream it to all on the network but can work out how.
I hope this a easy enought request
