Again, like a week ago, proxy problems.

I am behind the proxy and in version vlc web plugin ver 2.0.2 for Firefox, mp3 playing over web is not working.
But if I install vlc-2.0.0-win32.exe I can listen mp3 in Firefox window.

Yes, I do have 'HTTP proxy URL http://proxy.gov.si:80/ in both cases

Known issue, try the most recent VLC 2.0.4 nightly build or wait for the next release.

VLC 2.0.3 has a fatal bug preventing proxies from working.

VLC 2.0.2 works fine. Only some broken proxies fail it and that is not a VLC bug.

Today I tried with nightly build
vlc-2.0.4-win32.exe 14-Sep-2012 02:45 22M
as you suggested. But this also have 'broken version' of VLC Web Plugin 2.0.2 - that is not working.

And playing MP3 in firefox (15.0.1) window over proxy with this latest version is still not working.
