VLC - File summary, description, or more

Hi,

I just recently discovered the simplicity of VLC, and am starting to explore the complex workings of this program.

I have looked all over google and cannot seem to find an exact answer for my following question.

I want to insert a description/summary/text of the video.

I do NOT want to add subtitles. I have considered the possibility of having a blank slide in the beginning displaying all the info, but I"d prefer to have a note or separate tile or file properties kind of option. Essentially, I want to be able to give the viewers a description of the video while they watch the entire video.

I do not know if it is relevant, but I run a Windows 7. I hope to find a software-specific solution rather than an OS specific solution.

There is nothing specific for that. Usually those metadata are inside the files.
