There is an old issue with TRENDnet IpCams(explained here viewtopic.php?f=2&t=70965).
In short TRENDnet don't insert a CRLF between the end of the boundary separator and the Content-Length definition in HTTP responce header.

How can i solve it?

Tried. Same result.
mjpeg demux debug: MIME boundary not found
I got last version(vlc-2.1.0-20120813-0012.tar.xz) from here http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/source/.
Strange thing, that it show last modification date as - Fri Jan 1 00:57:52 2010.
Is it ok?

The problem is on the camera side, you cannot "solve it" on VLC side.
