Hello all together,

I have the problem, that when I start vlc with some parameters (see behind) the video in the output-file is mpv2 instead of mpv1.

I am using vlc 2.0.1 and the Arguments are:
-vvv -Irc --network-caching=10000 rtsp://localhost:8554/test.sdp --sout=#transcode{vcodec=mp1v,acodec=mpga,vb=600,scale=1,ab=128,width=320,height=240,fps=24,deinterlace,audio-sync}:std{access=file,mux=mpeg1,dst="D:\20120604141634_special.mpg"}

Can anyone please help? I have no more ideas why it dont save the video as mpv1 in the output-file...
Also set the width and height down, also the fps, but nothing works. All the tools like mediaInfo, spot and others showing me the info the video is mpv2 not mpv1.

No one any idea? Maybe some restrictions by the vcodec mp1v? Size, bitrate, scale?

Have no one else the same problem? Can anyone send me the commandline parameters how you get an video streamed to a file with mp1v? So I can test if the result on my pc will also mp1v.

This is a VLC bug and I will fix it.

Oh, great. Thank you! I just wondered if I can be that wrong with it.

Do you need more information, logfiles or something else?

No, this is simple. Test next nightly build of 2.1.0
