Can I broadcast dvb-t channels using sap/udp? I want to broadcast some channels from dvb-t mux, without any transcoding? Can I do this using vlc?

Yes VLC can do that with some amount of manual configuration. There will only be remuxing, which is required to split the channels from a single transponder. However dvblast might be better suited.
