H264 non-HD jerki decompression with VLC

Hi,
I tried to read these two files using VLC. The first one is an original .flv that I got using a catch up TV website. The second one is a .mkv that I made using Avidemux and simply select "MKV" format as output and copy video/audio stream.
Try to read the flv with any video player, it works great. Now, try to read the MKV with VLC, and you get a terrible jerki laggy video. The same file works great with any other video player.
The video format used is H264 and audio is AAC.

Demuxing the file with FLVExtract and Remux using mkvtoolnix seems to solve the issue, but anyway, it looks like a VLC bug isn't it ?

Here is the original FLV : http://www.mediafire.com/?vbjyrbi7mv60yuq
And the concerned mkv : http://www.mediafire.com/?kzk9n1hbz32xfk5

Thank you,
M@d
