I downloaded a 3 part RAR file and VLC player only plays the first 2 parts. I talked to other people who donloaded the same file from the same fie sharing service and they had no problems. This has happened with several different downloads. Here's the error message

VLC could not open the file "C:\Users\Guy Bogard\Downloads\NJPW.2012.04.05.New.Japan.Cup.Day.3.PDTV.x264-RUDOS.part3.rar". (%m)

Any help is much appreciated

Corrupted download, probably.

But if others I've spoken to can donload the same file how can it be corrupted for me and not them?

Known bug since 2.0.
