Problem while connecting to apache server

Hello

Here is my configuration:
I have a streaming server that broadcast several video at the time.
The server generates an SDP file for each video. This SDP file can be accessed through an apache server.
I try to read 4 streams with VLC 0.8.6a so I do the following 4 times:
_open VLC
_open network stream dialog box
_put the path to SDP file in HTTP box: "http://path/to/file.sdp
_click OK
The 2 first VLC players connect successfuly, get the SDP file and play the RTP streams
The 3rd and 4th don't do anything "connction in progress" writtent in messages
After exactly 2 minutes in this state, 3rd and 4th VLC connect to serveur, get SDP and play the streams

If, before 2 minutes I stop one of the VLC that is currently playing, then the third will automatically connect and play video streams.

I looked at netstat and TCP connection to the apache server to get SDP file stays in "CLOSE_WAIT" state. If I close the TCP connection manually (with TCPView), then other VLCs will successfully connect and play

I tried under linux and windows, and get the same behaviour
I also tried with media player classic and quicktime instead of VLC, it worked well
