what do i do with .bin and .cue files?

sorry, im a newcrack. i downloaded svcd2.rar files, but upon unpackaging it, all i have are a .cue and a .bin file. what do i do with these to view the movie??

This questsion should be posted on a list that supports the application uncompressed the rar files. This list can only help with questions about VLC.
