Help cross-compiling VLC - redhat 9

http://download.videolan.org/pub/testin ... ly.tar.bz2

I can't finish configuration because the script doesn't found
ffmpeg in my computer,but it is at "/usr/win32/include/ffmpeg/ "

what's wrong??
