How to compress ???

Hy this is my first post, and i hope not the last.
I dont speak english very well, beacause i live in uruguay.
I download the movie "THE GIRL NEXT DOOR" and you need the excepcional program of yours, now that is my favorite video player.
But the movie size is 780 megabytes and i need to compress the movie into 698 megabytes.
HOW CAN I DO..... ?

Use Streaming Wizard.
Select that you want to stream it to File.
For instance "mymovie.avi"
Then select a valid Encapsulation method -- .AVI
Then Select Transcoding options -- pick both Video and Audio

For a "generic" .avi, change the Video codec to WMV2, and the Audio codec to MP3.

Change the video bit rate to 756 kbps, leave the audio at 192 kbps.

If the movie is <= about 95 minutes, it should fit. Otherwise, try decreasing audio bitrate to 128 kbps.

Under the file menu. (If your version is in spanish it is under Archivo and it's called Asistente de volcado)

The streaming wizard is only available on windows and linux, not on mac.
